This is the best gym I've been too. The owner is so nice and the vibes are great here. The Crossfit coaching is the best I've ever had. I will recommend this place to everyone!

This might be one of the best gyms I’ve ever been too in my entire life. They have everything you need to quell your desire for athletic and physical supremacy; crossfit, lifting platforms, yoga, free weights, machines, sauna, etc. Everyone is both super-friendly and knowledgeable in their craft. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Looked for the nearest gym in Maui and luckily found the best one. Employees and customers a like are so awesome. Makes you feel right at home. Has ALL the equipment you need for full body workouts. Stop by and see Paul. The biggest, nicest guy I've met here in Maui.

The gym Maui is the place to be. Whether you are a high performance athlete or coming through for a weekend workout it’s accessible for all. I love walking in to see smiling faces and a cute black dog. If you are looking for a motivational coach Paul is your guy who holds down the space with welcoming professional presence and aloha. I’ve never been to any gym that has this level of joy and friendly environment. Everyone is smiling and here to be fit and be happy! Coach P is literally the best! Also the level of fitness that is achieved here is super inspiring and completely next level. Come to be welcomed into a friendly family vibe and also get super fit while having fun in the process! Take some classes and enjoy the amenities 🙂

This gym rocks! The owner Paul is professional and welcoming. It was hassle free for a visitor like me to get a week long pass. Great atmosphere and equipment for all types of lifters. Love the American Flags all over the place!

My fiancé and I went to this gym for the two months that we lived in Maui and absolutely loved it! They welcomed us like family and taught us so much. So grateful for this gym and this community! Highly recommend joining this gym if you haven’t already.

On top of the fact that Maui is such a beautiful place (my dream place, now), I’ve been at The Gym Maui - CrossFit Mokena (Kihei), for my entire vacation here. First time in vacation and having the drive to go everyday, no matter the number of drinks I had the previous day. 😁 The coaches and the members are super nice & diverse, the owner - Paul - is also super nice, very knowledgeable, pragmatic, straight forward and corrects you every step of the way, if necessary (exactly what I like and want from a coach), plus they give you nice tips for lots of movements. I Improved my pull-ups form there, in just seconds = super happy! I felt very welcomed, felt like home. Try this gym! Is a must! 🙂Mahalo, The gym Maui!

Best Gym on Maui!!No matter if you’re staying in Maui for a day, week or month you’re selling yourself short not to check this gym out!! It has everything you need and want for each individual and your fitness goals/needs. Full gym with machines, racks, dumbbells, cardio area with multiple options and a full CrossFit gym as well. Not to mention the owner, Paul, is an amazing guy! My wife and I were in town for our honeymoon and Paul treated us like we knew him our whole lives. He embodies the Maui way of life and is extremely down to earth and genuine. I see why people want to be a part of the fitness community in the area. Thanks again Paul your generous hospitality, we will be back

The gym is fantastic! All of the equipment is well taken care of and good quality. All of the people there are super nice! They are always either giving me advice or just saying hi. Over great gym!

I was very satisfied with the employees, gym environment, and the culture there. I live part time in Maui and every time I look forward to working out at this gym. I highly recommend for visitors and locals.

Paul runs an excellent gym facility with multiple classes and services available for all. Mostly stuck with bodybuilding while we visited as the Gym has a great assortment of freeweights and machines. Great atmosphere here from regulars to vacationers this was the best local gym we could find! would highly recommend. all are welcomed here!
